Refund policy

MAMTACOLLECTION.COM aspires to ensure that our customer is completely happy and we endeavor to provide the best to you. To deliver you the correct and right product, our team of experts do rigorous checks in terms of the fabric’s quality, its color, its quantity as per the order number and code before it is ready for dispatch. Hence, once a fabric is cut and dispatched, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain exceptions are mentioned as follows:

• In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will exchange the product free of cost and will send the original product ordered. But please note, it must be intimated to us via email on ayushsinghania12345@gmail.com immediately or within 24 hours on receipt of the product. Hence, we urge you to check the product immediately upon receipt.
• The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
• Do not cut the fabric. The fabric must be in the original cut length. If it is cut it cannot be returned.
• If the products are damaged from our end, you will have to email us at ayushsinghania12345@gmail.com within 24 hours. After that period, we will not consider returns or exchanges.

• The details of the product (for instance weight, color, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only the approximate values. Slight variation on the actual color is possible from how it appears on the website. We assure you regarding the quality of our products.
• Please note that 1 unit = 1 meters of fabric.
